* PC based SCADA & multi loop (3 nos) control system.* Non IBR fire tube boiler since the volume of boiler (21.58 liters) less than 5 gallons (22.75 liters).* Facilitates steam generation at 12Kg/Hr @ 3 bar of steam pressure & 150⁰C settable temperature.* Laboratory scaled setup for steam generation to verify fundamentals of thermodynamics, energy conversion & temperature pressure relationship for saturated steam.* Easy and safe wiring by students due to use of 4mm sturdy Shrouded banana patch cords and shrouded banana socket arrangements for high voltage circuits.* Aluminum profile Sturdy (5x4) Modular Flat Panel system, carrying various components housed in plastic enclosures (panels) with colorful screwless overlays showing circuit schematic & its connection tag numbers for easy understanding and connection.* Optionally PLC (S7-200) based SCADA (WINCC) control of boiler. Needs XPO-PLC (S7-200) setup to be ordered separately.

SALIENT FEATURES

• Integrated setup for both Refrigeration & Air conditioning(needs attachment) or may be supplied as 2 separate models, with ubiquitous components like compressor, accumulator mounted behind the display board.

• Evaporator is enclosed in Transparent Acrylic enclosure for easy understanding & separators provided to construct Refrigerator or A/C room.

• Multichannel temperature indicator provided with PC Interface  

•  Water Cooler with heater can be supplied by modifying cooling box & separate water heater supplied

• Light in weight ,yet sturdy, table top Aluminum profile flat panel setup

• Connections through polarized FRC connector, sturdy 4mm Banana socket & patch cord enabling quick setting of variety of RFAC experiments.

• Fixed air volume & Variable air volume can be achieved in AC experiment, by opening & closing of the slit present on the fan housing. Thus creating a ventilation in the system
